Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please return your purchase to the manufacturer. Contact us upstream to send the procedure to follow according to the brand.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will email you to confirm that we have received it. We also notify you of our decision on whether to assess or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is presented.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all of these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@frenchridezone.com.

Items sold (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items sold are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is faulty, damaged or the wrong size. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article of another size, send us an e-mail to contact@frenchridezone.com and send us your article to the manufacturer's address.

Contact us upstream to send the procedure to follow according to the brand. The return costs are at the expense of the request, the sending of the new size is at the expense of the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €70, you consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
